Teach your kid phonics based reading

The idea about phonics based reading is that you use the sounds made by the letters of the alphabet and the letter symbols in order to make the child understand how to read much easier. This is one of the most effective ways to be able to teach a child to read and say words fast and easy. It is proven to work and it will really be an advantage if this is the method you will learn to be able to teach your kids also. Phonic lesson actually breaks down the words into the sounds of the character of letters.

By pronouncing each and every letter this way, you can easily form different sound combinations that will eventually teach a child to understand the word, pronounce it out, and spell it also, so you are hitting two birds with one stone this way.

You have to remember, teaching kids to read will be very hard as their attention is easily diverted by other things so you have to make it as fun and as easy as possible. Phonic based reading together with picture cards can sure make things happen for teaching a kid. This is a tried and tested method that has been used for centuries now, and doing it the right way will yield benefits faster than you can imagine.

If you are not sure about how to go about it, you can easily find websites online nowadays that can teach you the basic methods of phonics based reading. With those things, you surely will have no problems applying this to your own children when needed. There are even videos that you can download if you want that also focuses on this teaching method, so as you can see, things really will be much faster, much easier in teaching your kids the phonic based way of reading.

What This Blog is About: Education

THis blog I want to make into a resource for education and children. Today our school teachers are overwhelmed with a large student class and limited funding. To be a teacher today you have to really be inventive and care! With this blog I would like to highlight some of the teachers who are making a difference.

Also I want to add different resources that parents can use and go to for help when educating their children. Because even though it is the teachers job to educate it is the parents responsibility to ensure their children are getting educated.
